Was there a 1335 Days of Jesus’ earthly ministry from Baptism to Pentecost?

Christ came to fulfill the Law on behalf of the elect

Mt 5:17  Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Mt 5:18  For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Lu 24:44  And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Ga 4: 4  But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 5  To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Eph 2:15  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Christ having fulfilled the Law for the elect, the Law is ended for the believers as far as keeping it as part and parcel of indicating their salvation

Ro 8:4  That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Ro 10:4  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

Ga 3:13  Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Ro 6:14  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Ro 6:15  What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

One specific Law that Jesus fulfilled on behalf of His people

Ex 23:17  Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.

De 16:16  Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:

The place God chose for all males to appear before Him was the city of Jerusalem

1Ki 11:36  And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there. {light: Heb. lamp, or, candle}

1Ki 14:21  And Rehoboam the son of Solomon reigned in Judah. Rehoboam was forty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD did choose out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother’s name was Naamah an Ammonitess.

Examples of Jesus coming to Jerusalem to be in keeping with this law

Lu 2:41  Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover. :42  And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.

Joh 2:23  Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

Joh 4:45  Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.

Joh 5:1  After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Joh 12:12  On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

Jesus’ first 40 plus days after His Baptism by John, the Baptist, in the River Jordan

Mark 1:9  And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

10  And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: {opened: or, cloven, or, rent}

11  And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

12  And immediately (straightly) the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness.

13  And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

Matt 3: 16  And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

17  And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Matt 4:1  Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

2  And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

Luk 4:1  And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

2  Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

John’s account dealing with the baptism

In John chapter 1 we find that there is not a real-time historical account (as the other three gospels) but there is a recollection by John the Baptist of what happened when he was being interrogated by the priests and Levites the day after the Baptism of Jesus:

John 1:19 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?

In verse 29, the next day after the Baptism of Jesus during the interrogation, John the Baptist again begins to recollect and to witness to Jesus to those around as he sees Jesus in the crowd. John the Baptist would still be baptizing (see verse 28) for some time after he had baptized Jesus and even while Jesus was in the wilderness. It also means that the temperature of the Jordan River must have been warm enough for baptizing which means it must still have been summer after Jesus' wilderness sojourn. If Jesus was baptized on Ethanim 1, that would have been September 27, and then 40 days later would have been in November and John would not be baptizing because of the onset of winter.

So John 1 is not a good passage for complete chronology of the events of the Baptism and the ensuing days and also it does not speak of the 40 days in the wilderness as the other gospels. It is a mere recollection of the baptism and witnessing by John the Baptist to Jesus and for his disciples to be introduced to Jesus as his ministry was being terminated shortly. Matthew and Luke accounts support Mark's account pertaining to Jesus going straightly into the wilderness as His next major assignment by the Holy Spirit after His baptism. This was a testing program by God at the onset of Jesus' ministry and if He was faithful and passed the test then He could proceed with His assigned ministry, His training program now ended (see study “Is God a God of a Social Gospel?” for a more complete look at Jesus’ training program from birth!).

Question

Now if Jesus’ baptism occurred on Ethanim 1, 29 AD (1st day of seventh month, Blowing of Trumpets—Memorial of Shouting) and the Feast of Tabernacles starts on the 15th day of Ethanim and ends on the 23rd day of Ethanim, then how could Jesus be in Jerusalem to observe the Feast of Tabernacles when He was away from Jerusalem where the Feast must be observed and in the wilderness for forty days from Ethanim 1 through about the 10th day of the eighth month (Bul)?

Conclusion:

Jesus Christ fulfilled the law fully and so He did attend the Feast of Tabernacles (Oct 11-19, 29 AD, Julian dating) but He was baptized much earlier than September 27th (Ethanim 1st —Julian dating). He was probably baptized early in summer 29 AD when the waters of the Jordan were warm enough for John the Baptist to be baptizing countless folks thus making His ministry a length of almost four years starting from His baptism to His pouring out of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost on May 24, 33 AD (Julian dating) but with the period from Ethanim 1, 29 AD (Tuesday, September 27, 29 AD) to May 23, 33 AD being exactly 1335 days as prophesied in Daniel 12:12 and the Holy Spirit being poured out the very next day at Pentecost on Sunday, May 24, 33 AD (Julian dating):

Dan 12:12  Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
